The current picture for workload is five crews, with the ability to expand to seven crews. Mr. Kindle, RPLS and Mr. Severo, junior Survey Party Chief, are key during peak workload times and will assure availability of designated crews for all governmental and private survey contracts. Since Land-Mark's inception in 1991, Land-Mark has had constant growth, reserve crews are used during peak times to insure prompt service for all of our clients. As Land-Mark continues to grow, Land-Mark will strive to keep this balance of reserve to handle the ebb and flow of work.
